Order Contract: A contract is created between you and Bennellies when you complete checkout. Upon receipt of your order we will send you an email as an acknowledgement of receipt. This is not an acceptance of the order. Order acceptance will take place when the item has been dispatched. Order acceptance will not take place if payment has been declined, the item is out of stock or if you have decided to cancel the order. Returns Policy: All items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange in their original packaging with any tags still attached. Please note you are responsible for the item until it reaches us so we strongly recommend you send it with a tracking number. Please also note we will not refund you any return costs. They have to met by you. Description of Products: Each product is sold subject to its description, delivery times, warranties, guarantees and after sales service.
