Delivery Information

Items will be dispatched to the address supplied when you complete your order. You may also collect your item from us strictly on appointment basis only.

We deliver to all parts of the UK. Please note that Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may be subject to extra shipping charges on larger items. We also deliver to Europe and Australia. Please not that we do not ship to USA or Canada.

We use a variety of couriers depending on the value and size of your item. Some products will be sent to you direct from the supplier who may contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

We aim to deliver your item within 2-5 working days, however some items are subject to delay if we are waiting for stock. You will be informed of any delays and offered to have your order placed on back order; to choose an alternative or have a full refund.

All our items required a signature upon delivery. When you place an order with us it is assumed you accept that any person may sign for the item on your behalf. We use couriers that on their discretion may leave the item in a secure place or with a neighbour. If they do this they should leave a card letting you know where they left it.

If there was no one to sign or take the order in upon delivery, and the courier has not left it in a secure place; the courier should leave a card at which time you will need to contact them to arrange re-delivery or collection from the depot. The courier will hold the item for you for a maximum of 14 days before returning it to us. Should they return it to us we will inform you and ask if you would like it redelivered (at your own cost) or if you wish to cancel the order for a full refund.

Ownership of the item remains with Bennellies until it has been delivered. At which time risk of loss or damage is then passed on to you.
