Returns Policy

Cancellation of your order:

You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 14 days of purchase. If the item has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund you in full. If the order has been dispatched you can refuse to sign for delivery so that the item is returned to us. Once we have received it you will be refunded in full.

Returns:

Items can be returned for a replacement, alternative or refund within 14 days (with exception of the items stated below). All packaging and tags must still be intact and all components within it. Please make sure you enclose your receipt as it is a proof of purchase (we also accept the gift receipt as proof of purchase).

We also strongly recommend you return the item with tracking as Bennellies cannot be held responsible for loss of the item on it's way back to us. It is the consumer's responsibility to make a claim for any loss with the courier used. Please note we do not refund return postage unless the item is faulty or if the item was sent to you in error.

Please note your right to return an item does not apply to certain items unless there is a manufacturing fault, such items include:
CD's and DVD's that are not sealed (as we cannot ascertain whether copies have been made); 
Flat pack furniture once partially or fully assembled;
For hygiene reasons once unwrapped:
Mattresses;
Reusable nappies;
Personal grooming items such as toothbrushes etc.

If an item is not returned within 14 days it is assumed you have accepted it.

Faulty items:

Should you have any problems with an item please contact us via email on: sales@bennellies.co.uk or call us on 0845 5441932. We will offer a refund or replacement upon receipt of the faulty item. You will be reimbursed return cost.
